Executive Director Joseph Mangano spoke at the Clearwater Reception, held October 10th, to discuss Clearwater's legal intervention against the 20 year license extension for the Indian Point nuclear reactors. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has agreed to consider Clearwater's contention that the extension represents an Environmental Justice violation.
